AIR INTERACTIVE

Privacy policy

What this website collects, why we use it, and the choices you have.

Updated 9 October 2026
  • Analytics is your choice.
  • Form contents stay out of analytics.
  • Project data is agreed separately.

01Who this policy is for

This policy explains how AIR Interactive handles personal information from visitors to airinteractive.io and people who contact us about our services. For privacy questions or requests, contact contact@airinteractive.io.

It covers this website and business inquiries. Handling information inside a client project requires a separate agreement that identifies the parties, permitted uses, providers, access, and retention requirements.

02Information we receive

When you contact us
Your name, work email, company, team size, budget range, timing, and the description you submit, plus any correspondence you send us. We use these details to respond, arrange conversations, and understand the work you are considering.
When you browse
Our hosting and delivery providers may process IP addresses, requested URLs, browser details, and technical logs to deliver the website, detect abuse, and investigate faults. Optional analytics is described below.
Preferences on your device
We store your chosen theme and analytics preference in browser storage. The analytics choice lasts 180 days; the theme remains until you change it or clear browser storage.

Please keep inquiries to a business summary. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, medical records, or confidential customer or employee records. We can agree a suitable way to exchange project information later.

03Optional analytics and your choice

We use Mixpanel only after you accept analytics. It measures known page visits and selected actions, such as exploring an application, choosing a sector, opening the consultation form, and submitting an inquiry. Events include a browser-generated identifier, time, basic device/browser information, and relevant page or application identifiers.

We do not send form contents, email addresses, search phrases, full URLs, query strings, or URL fragments to Mixpanel. We do not enable advertising trackers, automatic click capture, or session recordings. A browser identifier is pseudonymous; it is not a guarantee of anonymity.

Declining analytics leaves browsing and inquiries available. Recognized Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep analytics off. You can withdraw consent at any time; this stops future tracking and clears the local analytics state, but does not by itself delete events already received by Mixpanel.

04Who helps us run the site

Information is handled by providers needed to deliver the website and respond to inquiries:

  • Amazon Web Services provides hosting and website delivery through Amplify and domain routing through Route 53.
  • Formspree receives consultation submissions and routes them to our business inbox. Submissions are also handled by the email services involved in delivery.
  • Mixpanel receives the limited analytics events described above when you opt in.

Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Project-specific data-location requirements must be agreed before project information is shared. We may also disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.

This website does not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

05Purpose, retention, and security

We use inquiry information to communicate with you and take steps toward a possible engagement. Where a legal basis is required, this may involve steps you request before a contract, our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and securing the site, or a legal obligation. Optional analytics relies on consent.

Retention depends on the purpose: whether an inquiry is still active, whether records are needed for an agreement or legal obligation, and whether they are needed to investigate an issue or resolve a dispute. Provider logs, form records, correspondence, and analytics may have different retention settings. The 180-day browser preference is not a retention limit for information already submitted. Contact us to ask about a record or request deletion.

The website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us promptly if you believe information has been exposed or misused.

06Your requests and rights

Contact contact@airinteractive.io to ask about your information, correct it, or request deletion. Depending on the laws that apply, you may also have rights to access a copy, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant privacy regulator.

We may need proportionate information to verify a request. Some records may need to be retained for legal reasons. Because analytics uses a browser identifier rather than your email, an email address alone may not identify your analytics records. We will explain any applicable limits when responding.

This site is intended for business audiences, not children. If a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

07Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our website practices change and revise the date shown above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent before a new use of information.
