01Using this website
These terms concern your use of airinteractive.io, published by AIR Interactive. Please use the website lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. Questions can be sent to contact@airinteractive.io.
These are website terms, not a master services agreement. The scope, fees, schedule, deliverables, ownership, confidentiality, support, and responsibilities for paid work belong in a separate written agreement.
02Information and demonstrations
Our pages describe possible applications of AI and automation. Illustrations, animations, sample records, and workflow examples explain a process; they are not evidence of a completed client engagement, a live connection to your systems, or a promise of a particular result.
Information on the website is general business information, not legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice. Suitability depends on your data, systems, operating context, and the requirements that apply to your business.
We aim to keep information useful and current, but the site may contain errors or become outdated. AI capabilities, integrations, and third-party products change. Please confirm important details with us before relying on them.
03Inquiries, proposals, and offers
Sending a form requests a conversation. It does not confirm a meeting, reserve delivery capacity, create a paid engagement, or authorize us to access your systems. We will agree any work and commercial terms separately.
Any specific offer or assessment guarantee we publish is subject to its stated conditions. The relevant engagement agreement should record how it applies to your project. These website terms do not remove rights under an express promise or an existing agreement.
Only share information you are entitled to disclose. Use a high-level summary for an initial inquiry; agree confidentiality arrangements and a suitable transfer method before sending sensitive project material.
04Acceptable use
Do not use the website to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing material; distribute malware or spam; impersonate another person; attempt unauthorized access; or interfere with the website or other visitors.
Do not extract or reuse website content in a way that infringes rights or bypasses access controls. If you discover a security issue, send a concise report to contact@airinteractive.io without accessing other people’s information or disrupting the service.
05Content and third-party services
Website materials belong to AIR Interactive or their respective owners and licensors. You may view the site and share links for legitimate business purposes. Reproducing or commercially reusing protected material requires permission or another lawful basis.
Third-party names and logos identify products or technologies. Their appearance does not, by itself, indicate a partnership, certification, or endorsement. External websites and platforms have their own terms; we do not control their content or availability.
Ownership and licensing of work produced for a client are determined by that client’s agreement, not by these website terms.
06Availability and responsibility
We may update, replace, or withdraw website content and features. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that general website information will meet every visitor’s needs.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude implied warranties concerning this informational website. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights, or overrides responsibilities agreed in a signed client contract.
Please contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. Any project-specific dispute terms and governing law should be stated in the project agreement; these terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a chosen court on website visitors.
07Privacy and updates
Our Privacy policy describes website data handling. Our Responsible AI approach explains how we approach AI use and delivery.
We may revise these website terms and update the date above. A website revision does not automatically change a signed project agreement.
