AI Readiness Assessment

An AI readiness assessment should end with a decision you can act on. We examine a process with the people who run it, review representative data and system access, and compare the work required with the likely operational benefit. The recommendation may be an AI pilot, conventional automation, or fixing the underlying process first.

Find a practical starting point for your business.

Describe the process and the systems you use. We’ll discuss where automation could help and what a useful first project would involve.

ENGAGEMENT SCOPE

A project recommendation you can evaluate

These deliverables form the starting point for your proposal. We agree the systems, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria before work begins.

Workflow assessment
A map of the current process, its handoffs, recurring exceptions, and the information needed at each stage.
Prioritized opportunities
A comparison of candidate projects, including data readiness, integration dependencies, review requirements, and implementation effort.
Pilot brief
A proposed scope with named decision owners, acceptance criteria, and the baseline measurements needed to assess the result.

How we deliver the work

We start with a working session and examples of actual inputs and outputs. We then check the practical constraints with your system owners and present a recommendation for review. Any implementation estimate identifies assumptions that still need to be tested.

Do we need clean data before an assessment?

No. Establishing what is usable is part of the assessment. We identify missing records, access restrictions, and cleanup work before recommending a build that depends on them.
