A review of agreed logs, error reports, staff feedback, and measures of workflow performance.
Improvement release
Prioritized changes to prompts, rules, source handling, or integrations, with test results and rollback arrangements.
Review record
A comparison with the baseline, remaining limitations, and recommended next changes for the system owner.

How we deliver the work

We reproduce the reported issues and agree which outcomes to improve. Changes are tested against both failure cases and previously working examples before release. The review cadence and support response expectations are defined in the engagement.
