A company chatbot with controlled access

We configure an authenticated AI workspace around a selected set of company documents. The assistant answers from permitted sources, shows where its answer came from, and escalates when it cannot support a response.

How we put it to work

  1. Decide what belongs in the workspace.

We select approved systems and review their data handling, retention, and access settings. A document owner confirms current versions and identifies material to exclude.

Your teamApproves the sources and the required handling controls.

  2. Keep access attached to the person.

We connect supported identity and permission controls and test accounts with different roles. A failed permission check blocks retrieval rather than falling back to a shared unrestricted account.

Your teamConfirms role permissions and checks representative access tests.

  3. Answer with evidence.

AI retrieves relevant passages and drafts a response with source links. Missing or conflicting policy sends the question to the responsible owner instead of producing a confident guess.

Your teamChecks the cited source before relying on sensitive guidance.

We define document review ownership, feedback handling, and access removal. The launch checks include attempted cross-role access and questions that should receive no answer.
