Company Knowledge Base

We organize company procedures, manuals, and reference documents so staff can find an answer and check where it came from. The knowledge base connects approved sources to search or an AI question-answering interface. Document ownership, access permissions, and update procedures are part of the implementation.

ENGAGEMENT SCOPE

Company information people can verify

These deliverables form the starting point for your proposal. We agree the systems, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria before work begins.

Source collection
A reviewed set of documents with agreed categories, owners, and rules for excluding outdated or restricted material.
Searchable knowledge base
Search or an AI answer interface with links to supporting material and access boundaries appropriate to its users.
Maintenance procedure
Instructions for adding, replacing, and withdrawing documents, plus test questions for checking answer quality after updates.

How we deliver the work

We choose a department or document collection and review the questions staff actually ask. After organizing the sources, we test retrieval, citations, missing answers, and restricted documents. The pilot establishes whether users can find the correct information before we expand the collection.

What happens when the documents do not contain an answer?

We configure the assistant to acknowledge missing support and provide an escalation route. Conflicting or outdated documents should be surfaced for an owner to resolve, rather than silently treated as authoritative.
