System Integration

We connect the systems that hold your customer, job, financial, and operational records. An integration should define which system owns each field, when updates are transferred, and what happens if a transfer fails. We build around supported APIs, webhooks, or agreed file exchanges, including MCP connections where appropriate.

Find a practical starting point for your business.

Describe the process and the systems you use. We’ll discuss where automation could help and what a useful first project would involve.

ENGAGEMENT SCOPE

Reliable exchanges between business systems

These deliverables form the starting point for your proposal. We agree the systems, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria before work begins.

Integration design
A map of source and destination fields, update direction, permissions, and rules for conflicting or duplicate records.
Working connections
The agreed APIs, connectors, or exchange jobs with validation, failure handling, and controls against duplicate submissions.
Operational handover
Connection documentation, monitoring instructions, and a procedure for investigating and recovering failed transfers.

How we deliver the work

We confirm available interfaces and access before proposing a connection. We test representative records and failure scenarios in a suitable test environment, reconcile the results, and agree a production cutover and recovery plan.

Can you integrate software without an API?

Sometimes a supported export, import, or scheduled file exchange is sufficient. We assess available options first and identify reliability and maintenance limits before proposing an alternative.
