Customer Support Automation

We help support teams sort incoming requests and prepare useful replies from approved information. AI can classify a ticket, retrieve the relevant policy, and draft a response for review. Your help desk remains the record of the conversation, with a clear handoff for complaints, sensitive requests, and issues the system cannot resolve.

ENGAGEMENT SCOPE

Support automation inside your existing process

These deliverables form the starting point for your proposal. We agree the systems, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria before work begins.

Routing rules
Agreed categories, priorities, queues, and escalation conditions based on the requests your team receives.
Reply drafting workflow
Draft responses grounded in selected support material, with relevant context and source references available to the reviewer.
Quality review
A test set of common and difficult requests, review criteria, and a process for correcting source material and response behavior.

How we deliver the work

We review a representative set of appropriately handled tickets and identify one queue for a pilot. The system initially prepares suggestions for staff. Any move to automatic replies is limited to approved request types and evaluated separately.

Will the system issue refunds or change customer accounts?

Those actions require an explicit scope, supported integration, and agreed authorization rules. A drafted answer does not give the assistant permission to change an account or make a financial commitment.
